Dr. Giovanni Hernandez, MD

They expect you to be there at the time schedule and 15 minutes grace period. But it will take an hour before you are being seeing. They charge you for ghost visits that you are not aware off. Make charges to your insurance company. Avoid at all cost this Medical practitioner. Their Staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I will be changing doctors.

Bad customer service

I don’t know why people take time to post negative review to such an amazing professional. Her staff is careering, professional and always there for you, as well the doctor. The Doctor will take her time to go over your diagnostic and explained your problems. In addition she talks both languish English and Spanish very well. I Love my Doctor and recommend her.

Dr Hernandez was recommended to me by a friend many years ago. I went and to my surprise Dr Giovanni Hernandez was REALLY down to earth. I have lived in Kissimmee for 21 years and she’s the only doctor that may me laugh and feel comfortable. So comfortable that when I moved my mom in with me I took her to Dr Hernandez office without thinking it twice. Dr Hernandez has listen to me and my mom in every single appointment that we have been in to. Her assistant and her nurse are also awesome, Fernanda, Maria I believe are their names. Yes I have had to wait, but nothing out of the norm for a doctors office and when we do wait the girls apologized. My mom’s case is not an easy one and it can get very annoying do to her conditions/deases but they are, have been there for me and my mom all the way. I have no complains. Really none at all. The front staff? Well some of them are a bit dry but they’re humans. Go and see for yourself. De Hernandez is a good doctor she makes sure you feel at home,… comfortable to express your feelings and makes sure all is done in her power to help you. Be bless

Staff unwilling to help, very grumpy ,and at times very rude

Psychiatric issues background. Shame on the medical system.

I think Dr. Hernandez is one of the most respectable physicians I have ever been to. She takes the time to listen to what is going on, in the past was able to detect a diagnosis that had been misdiagnosed. Because of her care and time with my case today I have my life. Reading this other review I am not quite sure why the English is a problem. English is my first language, and I have never had a problem. I guess not everyone can be pleased. But I thank Dr. Hernandez for her hard work, dedication to her work and trust her with my life.

Thank God , I found Dr Hernandez just in time . She is the best . She saved my life . Thanks Dr Hernandez .
