He completed his three-year podiatric surgical residency at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, serving as chief resident and academic coordinator.
At OrthoIllinois, Dr. Incandela treats a comprehensive range of podiatric injuries and conditions, from hammer toes to total rearfoot reconstruction. He has a special interest in total ankle replacement surgery, ankle pathology, reconstruction and revision surgery, advanced arthritic conditions, and Achilles tendon pathology.
A first-generation American from an Italian immigrant family, Dr. Incandela was raised with a strong work ethic and the belief that hard work, pride, heart, and humility are the keys to success. It was a longer wait than usual. But other than that I nothing but good to say of the Doctor. He explains everything from why I might be having the pain, to the ways we can get it better. He leaves nothing out. I love the thoroughness he showed. He’s staff is always friendly too.
