"Let the patients beware & In the category of once burned: It is disappointing to know of the lack of courtesy we received. We were the recipients of an unceremonious appointment cancelation today (2-hrs before our confirmed appointment) even though we were assured that we had an appointment and were in the practice by the schedulers. We received and completed my chart patient documents, which takes time and were confirmed in the system (we even paid the copay). We were confirmed in the system. So for those patients who think you have an appointment you may not. This is most disappointing, certainly is not up to the Cleveland Clinic standards, that we are accustomed to experiencing. (we are patients of two doctors in West Palm and were patients in the past at the Weston Hospital). Regrets to inform all."

Dr. Spatola has been my doctor since 2014. He gives me his full attention and explains everything in full so I understand. I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor and have no intentions to go to any other . I can’t brag enough of what a wonderful doctor Giovanni Spatola is.
