He scheduled me for a colonoscopy but didn't explain "next steps" based on test results. I never heard from anyone in the office after the procedure.

Good visit overall - I now have a plan for moving forward with my medical issues, which is what I was hoping would be the outcome of the visit.

I brought up the fact that when this appointment was made, it was after several phone calls, requesting to speak with the provider to avoid having an appointment. I was routinely ignored, and the phone calls with the provider never happened. At this appointment the provider seemed offended that I brought up my criticism of this poor level of care. He apologized and said he would look into it, but didn't actually seem to care.

Very nice to have options given for the colonoscopy prep

This was my first visit with Dr. Girard Dugan. He was very kind, easy to talk with and he listened. Ordered what he felt needed to be ordered. Acted very promptly and I would very much like to stay under his care at this point.
