The doctor was knowledgeable and great at explaining things to me.

Dr Patel was very patient and answered all our questions.

Dr. Patel is one of the most professional doctors I've met. She is always prepared, having gone over your records prior to meeting with you. She isn't one of those who tries to go over your chart in the 3.5 minutes they spend with you. She answers your questions and spends the time necessary to do so. I couldn't ask for better care than I receive from her. And she is always on time.

I am very dissatisfied with my last encounter with her. As far as I was concerned she talks down to people and is very rude. She did not make suggestions but rather made demands. I was seeking assistance with a Veterans form to obtain benefits. She refused to sign the form, even though she did the initial treatment. I would not recommend her to friends or family.

Dr. Patel took care of my dad when he was dying. He was a patient at Good Samaritan in the CCU (critical care unit), which is Dr. Patel's area of expertise. My mother was by my father's side every single day, even though she herself was suffering from cancer which eventually took her life. My mother would ask questions regarding my father's treatment, the nurses were as helpful as much as they could but Dr. Patel was ultimately responsible. Dr. Patel would not even make eye contact with my mother or anyone in the room. My father was unable to speak due to severe respiratory complications which is another one of Dr. Patel's area's of expertise. Dr. Patel was cold, calculating and outright rude to my father and mother! I have many memories of the time my father spent in the hospital before he died, this experience with Dr. Patel was one of my least favorite.

I was referred to her for sleep apnea which she also does as part of her practice.
