Dr. Giti Bensinger, MD

Professional, seemed caring. A little too thorough, didn't like the intrusive tests she did & wondered if they were necessary. The secretary was difficult to deal with.

My initial visit with Dr. Bensinger was adequate, however follow up and lack of professionalism is horrible. Dr. Bessinger referred me to an oncologist-urologist for further examination. This doctor did not take my insurance. I promptly phoned the office to let them know and ask for another referral. I also asked for a comparable and/or generic medication as an option to what was prescribed as the medication was extremely expensive. In both cases it has taken multiple phone calls and two weeks to get any follow up. The office worker shows little interest and compassion, comes off as blaming and punitive. Additionally the office does not accept credit or debit cards only checks or cash. They will not leave messages with follow up on voicemail, only that you should phone back the office. This is archaic and keeps patients like me hostage. Dr. Bessinger will NOT get on the phone to provide clarification too. The office worker will only schedule another appointment!

During my annual exam I felt very comfortable, she was very professional. During my surgery there were no complications and I felt like she did a great job.

Dr. Bensinger was very thorough - I had no idea what was happening and she explained everything. The surgery was a complete success and she was there for me after surgery when I had a case of terrible nerves and questions. She is definitely very direct, but I do appreciate knowing the facts. Bottom line is that she took very good care of me.

Yelling and screaming. 2 hour wait. Extremely painful examination. Don't suffer, choose another Gyno, there are plenty out there. I wouldn't let this one exam my dog. Should not be a doctor, if that's what you call her.

Had surgery. Explained everything clearly. Was kind and caring in every way. I would highly recommend her.

As per the previous review, absolutely 0 bedside manner. Was forced to wait 3 hours for the initial appointment and then 3.5 hours on the followup for a 5 minute conversation where she refused to help on the basis that she didn't believe we would listen to her advice. Totally unprofessional. Would never go back.

did not feel comfortable asking questions....felt quite intimidated, perhaps that's her personality - no bedside manner whatsoever....I purposely went to a woman doc so I could relate better.....big mistake, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.....her front office staff is very unaccommodating and not with the program.....would not recommend her at all.
