Phenomenal office and staff.

Terrible customer service, waitiing 9 months for an appointment, no call back from Office Manager, sad state of affairs.

I have had Dr Savard as my primary for 10 yrs. when she was on porter rd, she was fantastic. Sadly now she’s in a new office and her whole demeanor changed. She seems to brush me off and I’ve been very sick for along time. I truly Believe she lacks the empathy She once had. She went as far to not call me in a prescription desperately needed and She never followed through instead I was left in a very uncomfortable situation. It’s as if I called for a controlled substance, it was a medication I used periodically and I was out. I think it’s time to find a new primary

Before she moved to this new facility on the Blvd I would recommend her to anyone. I still have no problem with Dr Savard herself. I think she is great. However, the people in the office are not friendly as they were on Porter Rd, in the Summit, in Wheatfield. You can no longer get in to see her same day if needed. If you do get in you wait forever. At least now it seems that you can also see Carrie whereas previously you went in and got whatever random nurse was available. I wish she would go back to her own practice.

Dr. Kenyon-Savard used to be one of my favorite providers. Unfortunately when she moved to Dr. Frank Laurri's practice, everything changed. Her new office staff is rude and unsympathetic. She now has a triage system where you need to be screened by a nurse in order to schedule an appointment. And apparently I'm not worthy of an appointment because anytime I call with a medical issue they attempt to diagnose me over the phone (which as you can imagine is not very effective). They also don't call you with results so you have to call them. I am pretty proactive about my health but I do worry about patients who are less so or even elderly because they will probably slip through the cracks. It really disheartens me because her old staff was efficient and caring, even calling just to check up on patients. Now I dread even calling the office.

Dr. Kenyon Ssvard came highly recommended and we are not disappointed at all. Her office facilities are easily accessible, clean, and very professional. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, and caring! Glad we switched to Dr. Kenyon-Savard for my brother's primary care physician!

Nothing special about her she abandoned me! Stuck up God complex she picks and chooses who she treats depending on your Illness. Upset me very much so here I am!. Thanks for this site and the chance to speak our truths.

I was going to a dr in the area for years and had low vit d and didn't fell myself for a long time,a freind told me to change dr and I did she told me about dr savard and I made apt,with in weeks of testing she found out whats was going on with me,I thank god for her, she a wonderful doctor, listening to what u have to say,thank you for all you have done

The Dr's office staff is wonderful - they are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Savard has helped DX Diabetes and other conditions and helped me to better understand how to manage my health issues. I would recommend Dr. Savard if you want a physician who is knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns.

I have been looking for a new Doctor and I think I finally found one. It took me a lengthy time but at least she apologize for the wait. She had an emergency.
