Dr. Gladstone McDowell is a good listener and helps you come up with a plan to help you move forward with your health and pain management. I would highly recommend him. He is very compassionate and truly cares. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Dr Gladstone McDowell is the BEST surgeon for pain relief. He performed a Radiofrequency Ablation on my neck and I was pain free for 6 years! I had seen 4-5 other medical physicians who specialized in Degenerative Disc Disease and they all wanted to conduct surgery where they would infuse a metal plate and ball joint in the discs in my neck which these other surgeons called "The Gold Standard". The problem is that once that procedure is performed what most patients don't know is the discs above and below the fused discs deteriorate at a faster pace which results in more pain and more surgeries! Dr. McDowell has his own surgery center and conducts his medical procedures using State of The Art Medical equipment that guides him to the exact pin point location of where the pain is generating from. I recently (2023) had the neck Radiofrequency Ablation redone after 6 long successful years of being pain free and also had the same procedure performed on my lower lumbar last week (due… from an injury I incurred from fallen off a ladder while at home painting the outside deck in 2022). Dr. McDowell is a fine Doctor. And is Dr. Matt. The staff is underwhelming to say the least.

I have 2 chronic pain conditions along with breaking my leg so badly that my leg had nerve damage near the ankle. I was nervous and skeptical about going to a pain clinic. I didn’t want to get hooked on pain killers, but the pain in my leg was crippling. Dr McDowell has surpassed expectations! He found the nerve damage, and within his care, i am now getting back to a normal life with less pain! Thank you Dr McDowell!

Dr Mc Dowells and office staff are great. They are always thinking of new ways to heal you or give pain relief without DRUGS. If you are only looking for Drugs you are going to the wrong place?

Horrible man. Condescending and rude. Was literally screaming in my face. At one point I actually thought he was going to hit me. This man should not be able to see anyone who is in a vulnerable state, such as someone with chronic pain.

Treated like a drug addict. Finally found treatment from another pain specialist.

I was referred to this Dr this fall after going to multiple Drs after a failed back surgery in 2017 which caused increased pain in my legs and feet so much so that I could not work as a floor nurse. Yes, on my first visit they checked my urine and had a counseling/assessment visit with a nurse practitioner regarding drug use etc and she mentioned holistic interventions as I am on synthroid. But there was no hard sale. I think that is standard as many people seek a pain mgt dr for drugs. Dr McDowell was certain that my problem which affected even my feet was because of scar tissue. I am now in my 2nd week of recovery from a spinal cord stimulator which seems to be working well. I'm very happy with the time this dr has given me explaining everything throughout this proces. He is well respected by his peers and the team at Dublin hospital. I look forward to working with him in regards to ongoing pain and scs mgt .

I had my first and only visit with Integrated Pain Solutions yesterday. I was suspicious from the moment I arrived. After a lengthy wait they took me back to an exam room where I was bombarded by 3 different people trying to sell me their services. I am here for back pain and they are trying to sell me life coaching, counseling, hormone replacement therapy, injections and an implant for a spine simulator. I was forced to give a urine sample and they drew blood to check my hormones. After going online and reading reviews my suspicious were confirmed. This guy is nothing but an insurance sucking scam artist with no real talent in any field. I am honestly shocked that a reputable surgeon would refer their patients here. If you have the eyes to read this, turn around and RUN the other way. This guy is a QUACK.

Dr McDowell is a caring ,compassionate, and highly skilled Dr. I lived in pain for 10 years before I found him. He is a blessing to me and my family. He has saved my life!
