Dr. Gladys Kodjoe, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Kodjoe for a few years and am very happy with the care and treatment I have received. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and is great on keeping track and following up on meds and tests and recommended changes. I am so happy she is here in Mesquite, where we have a critical shortage of (good) doctors.

Dr Kodjoe has been my doctor for several years in two different locations. I am totally pleased with her in all aspects. She is a good diagnostician and knows how to treat when she finds something. She takes time to listen to the patient and doesn't spend the interview time sitting at a computer facing the other direction. I have always enjoyed her bedside manner-I think that having a sense of humor is an important asset for a doctor too and most of all, she has my trust.

She is so good a dr. and person I will never want another Dr. But her!

Dr. Kodjoe is wonderful! Not only is her attitude upbeat & positive, she also listens closely to the patient. She is concerned with the patient's overall health & well being rather than only addressing symptoms

Horrendous Office Staff

Looking forward to having another Doctor of Internal Medicine, especially a woman this time, Dr. Kodjoe did not come near me but stood three feet away and observed me. When I told her I was wheezing, knowing I had a heart condition of serious extent, she prescribed an inhaler for allergies. Mentioning to my pharmacist that this treatment was not helping, I was told it was no doubt my congestive heart failure causing a problem! An injury causing cellulitis in my leg and knee sending me to Emergency with recommendation of immediate follow up with my doctor got me into Dr. Kodjoe four days later, with a follow up in three weeks and a promised call back that did not happen. I did not go see her again. Would not recommend her to anyone. Also noticed on my insurance billing she listed time spent with the patient as 25 minutes. Only if you include being in the waiting room. Four minutes is more like it!

One of the worst experiences with a doctor ever. Very condescending, constantly interrupts, no follow up. Waiting for months for lab reports. Go someplace else if you want to be treated better.
