Dr Glen Bianchi Cured My Double Vision!!! I suffered 17 years with this condition after I was rear ended in a car crash. My prism glasses started at 2 base out each eye and progressed to 10 base out each eye. An optometrist explained manufacturers can only make lenses to correct double vision up to a certain point. After that point I’d need to patch an eye (essentially have one working eye as I had binocular strabismus). I spent a year research and doctors in Texas and California in New York and New Jersey. Several doctors at NYU Langone‘s Neuro ophthalmology department recommended Dr. Bianchi. He and his staff were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and held my hand every step of the way. Yesterday I had the surgery and I can now see normal again! No more daily headaches or dizziness and I can see depth better too! Amazing! Dr Bianchi Cured My Double Vision of 17 Years!! At first developed double vision about 17 years ago after a car accident. Since then, I’ve gone from 2 diopters base out to 10 diopters base out. At about 10 doctors space out I was told by an optometrist that prism glasses may not be a best option for me anymore. In other words I might have to patch an eye or get surgery. Luckily I chose surgery. I interviewed many doctors mostly at NYU Langone Medical Center. They have a Neuro ophthalmology department and one of the doctors. They recommended Dr. Bianchi. Both Dr. Bianchi and his entire office staff were incredibly kind, caring and supportive during this whole process. So after 17 years of living with a debilitating disability, in a single day after that surgery I can see normal again!!!!! He’s giving me back a new life. No more nausea and dizziness on a daily basis. Little things like my posture how I hold my head when I work on the computer all changed with the double vision… work and sports were adversely affected. However, now I can see normal again!! I give Dr. Bianchi my strongest recommendation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bianchi is very good if your symptoms fall within his specialty, However, if you have any other eye issues, instead of referring you to a colleague he will try and cut corners. Not impressed.

Dr. Bianchi is willing to take the time to discuss treatment options, advantages one way or another. You do not feel steamrolled. That helps when making difficult decisions about your child's care. It's a good combination of intelligent diagnosis and good interpersonal skills.

I went to Dr. Bianchi for my two children. He is very caring with the kids and spends the time necessary to explain his findings and make the kids feel at home. Great Dr. The office was also very nice and comfortable for the kids.
