Dr. Manzano completed his undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame and earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He went on to complete his neurosurgery residency and complex spine fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Manzano has resided in south Florida for over 30 years, and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Manzano is subspecialized in the field of complex spine and spinal cord surgery. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of degenerative spine disease, spine trauma, spine and spinal cord tumors, spinal inflammatory/infectious disease and osteoporotic compression fractures. He works with a multidisciplinary team of specialists who can offer comprehensive care for the spine patient. His philosophy includes maximizing conservative therapy as well thoroughly educating and communicating with those patients who require surgery in order to optimize their potential for success. Dr. Manzano fixed my neck problems after two failed neck surgeries in Palm Beach County. He’s the best!

Dr Manzano is the best. He has a warm and compassionate bedside manner. He takes time to explain causes of pain and the procedures he will preform to fix the problem. This man is a genius. I've referred several patients to him and they all are very pleased.

Dr. Glen Manzano performed back surgery on my mom after her 1st surgery with another doctor failed to alleviate her back pain. After over 10 years of unmanageable pain my mom is finally pain free and able to do all of her daily activities. He answered all our questions and was always available. Our family highly recommends him.

I went to see him and as a patient i feel that he violated my patients rigths due to a disagreement im suffering from my back with a lot of pain i have going through a pain management physical therapy inyections . I wait 3 hours just for him to tell me in 5 minuets that my pain it will go away. With physical therapy wich he doesn’t guarantee that my pain it will go away then ge got up and left and told me the exit is that way . What an idiot i will not recomend this clown to none sucks ??????

Manzano operated on me when nobody else wanted to take the risk. I underwent a series of extremely risky surgeries that turned out to be a success. Unfortunately my condition requires multiple surgeries in order to remain stable, but I am glad I found someone with excellent skill and a game plan. He is very attentive and available to answer patient questions. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in a successful surgical outcome, no matter how big the risk. I love his attitude of wanting to help everyone and looking for answers when they are not so clear at first.
