Dr. Mitchell and his entire staff were very warm and caring. The expertise Dr. Mitchell had with retreating my root canal was amazing. Quick and easy! Calming environment and was patient and answered all of my concerns. I highly recommend. Thank you for saving my tooth!

I Searched for a doctor who also did the nitrous oxide since I've had bad experiences in the past and all physicians offices I'm just nervous Cynthia try to reassure me I did not need it and was very kind compassionate she added lavender to diffuser and put calming music However I still wanted to have the gas dr. Mitchell was very supportive unkind I couldn't believe that it took half an hour and seems like less it was one of the best experiences I had highly recommend the doctor and staff

ARLENE the receptionist has the personality of an alligator. Dr. Mitchell misdiagnosed my problem. Said I needed an Apico when the tooth needed to be pulled because it was cracked. Went back to my dentist and had the cracked tooth pulled and aIl is well.

I had a great experience with Dr Mitchell and his team. I was in a lot of pain and needed and emergency appointment which they were able to provide. The office is immaculate, and Dr Mitchell and his staff were very friendly, informative, and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Had a dental emergency yesterday… To say I was a nervous werck on my way to Dr. Mitchell's office would be an understatement. That feeling quickly started to fade as soon as I walked into his beautiful and extremely clean office. First I met Cynthia Dr. Mitchell's assistant... what a truly kind and compassionate person she is. Within five minutes of speaking to her I felt like we were old friends and found that to be extremely comforting. Still a little bit on edge anticipating what type of pain was going to be inflicted on my tooth, in walks Dr. Mitchell. Strangely enough he did not have to say a word I felt instantly at ease. My experience only got better from there. He explained the procedure asked me if I had any questions or concerns and did so with caring and a fabulous sense of humor. And then to make The experience better he asked what my musical preference was and promptly booted up a playlist. There's nothing like having your favorite music playing during a very… stressful situation. Once my procedure was complete I met with Arlene who took care of the financial end of my visit. Arlene was so kind in explaining what to expect over the following few days, let me know several times not to hesitate for a moment to call if I had any questions and really seemed least concerned with the money side of things which was quite refreshing. It has been my experience in the past with doctors and dentists that they are most interested in getting paid. If there was a platinum rating for Dr. Mitchell and his staff they would get it from me 100%. Thank you Dr. Mitchell Cynthia Arlene and everybody in the office!!!!!

My wife walked out before the procedure started. She was understandably nervous and wanted to ask a few questions. Dr. Mitchell was visibly annoyed by this while touting his 25 years of experience. I mentioned that my wife’s general dentist sent a letter with us as to the best way to numb her because she requires a specific method. This was very technical information. Dr. Mitchell said that he did not need that because he has been numbing patients for 25 years. Then he says, “not every patient can be fully numbed, so she may feel some pain anyway.” No, Dr. Mitchell, maybe you are just not that good at what you do!

Dental work can be very nerve racking. Dr. Mitchell was very thorough and gentle. Everything was explained to me by him and his assistant Sandra who left no questions to be asked. Everything in the office is state of the art from the equipment to the Decor. Thank you for making me feel very comfortable during the process. The front office personnel also explained everything on my way out with instructions and said someone contact me the next day to make sure that I was feeling OK. Thank you to all who made this a calming experience.

I recently had the experience to be referred to Dr. Glen Mitchell's office for root canal treatment and wanted to share the experience I had with him. My own dentist tried to reduce the discomfort I was having. He sent me to Dr. Mitchell, but said that he through that there was a good chance that the tooth could not be saved. When I called Dr. Mitchell's office, they were able to see me almost immediately, and my initial contact with the staff was an eye opener. The concern for me that was expressed by the front-desk persons and the dental assistant was unbelievable. At this office, the feeling I got was that all my problems were over. And after I met Dr. Mitchell, and he performed the treatment they were. My pain problem was resolved and my tooth was saved. Dr. Mitchell is not just an endodontist, he is a wonderful human being and a credit to the dental profession.
