I took my 4 month old baby to emergency room at the St Lukes (Woodlands TX) He had fever, nasal congestion, vomiting and conjuntivitis, she told me it was a cold and it will get better on its own. She wanted to prescribe him eye drops and send me home. I told her I was very concerned about my baby since he was very congested and had dificulty breathing. She was very rude and told me that she can order a chest x ray (her attitude was really bad because she wanted to send me home without perform any test on my baby) then she came back with the results. My baby had spots in his lungs because of the congestion and mucus, he was at risk of suffer nehumonia. She had to start antibiotics inmediately, her attitude completely change with my husband and I, once she find out she was wrong, when she realized whe was about to send my baby home with a serious condition, (if not treated could get really worst). My baby was also with fever, and she waited about 25 minutes to give him… medication, I had to ask her for medication. She was really rude disrecpectful and unprofessional. St luke is the hospital we go to, and it is exelent. The service is always great and Doctors are very kind and understanding with patients but this doctor was the total oppisite. My husband and I , are very dissapointed with this doctor.
