Dr. Glenda Marie Kremer, MD

Dr. Kremer only works two days per week, so if you need to see her on a non-office day, you're out of luck. Her nurse Donna (she may not be there any longer) acted like I was a huge imposition to her, when all I wanted to know was whether to have my bloodwork done in the office or elsewhere. She told me that finding that out was my responsibility and to contact my insurance provider. Unacceptable, and a shame because the doctor was nice. However, if the staff is sub-par, you're fighting an uphill battle.

Slow in responding to requests for RX refills.

After shopping around for a good Dr. I finally found one! Dr . Kremer is a true professional. She is friendly, listens and makes you feel like you had a part in your medical care. I am truly blessed to have found her. :)
