I have been a patient of Doctor Malana for several years. She is a very kind and compassionate doctor. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Her staff is very pleasant. Her office is so clean and organized.

Dr. Malana cares, listens and answers all my questions.

I would not recommend this Dr. who initially refused to refill a maintenance Rx that I've been taking for decades. I saw her in early Oct. with a blood test that showed my thyroid was in the normal range. A month later, I called for a refill & her policy was "no refills unless you go in for an appointment." Dr.Malana & her office worker were adamant. It made no sense to me! Other reasons for my dissatisfaction: Office does not open until 10:00a.m., closed on weekends & 1 day during the week, & half day on another. Calls are not promptly returned even on days they are open. Once I waited for over a week, had to leave message more than once. A couple of times there were no return calls. It was clear I needed to find a professional that cared about my welfare.

I suggest to not see this doctor Malana! We have set-up appointments and then come find out the doctor is not in? Few instances our appointment got cancelled last minute. What kind of practice is that? I highly suggest to give her zero for all her ratings!

Excellent Service! So glad to have her as our primary physician. We highly recommend her. She's an awesome doctor!
