Dr. Glenda Lorenza Ramirez, MD

I have never been treated worse by any physician or doctor. Dr. Rameriz dismissed all of my concerns, didn’t treat my symptoms, ignored the suggestions of my specialist, refused to contact my doctors when I requested it, and did the exact opposite of what is recommended for my condition by doctors around the world. She labeled me as delusional, called another one of my doctors to report my “actions” to him and then disagreed with his suggestions since they weren’t what she wanted. She labeled me as uncooperative and called me a liar for refusing a cat scan with contrast dye that I am highly allergic to, stating it wasn’t in my file, when it has indeed been in my file for over ten years. Over the course of a weeks hospital stay she only made me feel worse. I was discharged (at my request) with a fever, in severe pain, and never given discharge instructions for my procedure. My own doctors where even startled at the care I received under her. I left the hospital in worse shape… than I came in. She does not listen to her patients. I have a serious chronic illness and have had many hospital stays and procedures. In all of my life I have never been treated this bad. I strongly suggest if you get her for a hospitalist to ask for a new one or transfer to a different hospital.

Dr Ramirez displayed such a high level of irritation with me while I was questioning her about my daughters illness, treatment, testing and results that I was overwhelmed trying to process her outrageous behavior as she resisted answering my questions and concerns. Awful Doctor Awful experience!

My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to Indianapolis to visit your sick daughter in the hospital hoping to speak with her Doctors. Dr Ramirez was evasive, difficult and did not answer any of my questions regarding what our daughter was being treated for. I am a medical professional myself and I found it necessary to file a official physician complaint against Dr Ramirez. I've seen alot in 30 years of health care, but I've never seen anything like what I experienced with Dr Glenda Ramirez!! My suggestion to everyone - find yourself a different Dr. My advice to her - RETIRE! She obviously doesn't like what she's doing. For example Dealing with people!
