Dr. Glenn S Cheng, MD

Very slow to gwt in to. Waiti g time in waiting room is always a bit long. Fww of the nurses are a bit rude. Bad about not contacting about lab results, if they cant contact you, they should get a letter in Mail to you letting you know to be in touch. Not just ignore your childs care. When theres a problem with your childs care or needs this doctors favorite thing to say is " now watch it" we know theres a problem to watch why do you think were here. Not to be told to watch it even longer. Nurses who take his calls dont show sincere care for your childs needs. You dont feel like your family or important. You are treated like your just the pay check to them. The nurses of this doctor are always on change over and new. So you never know or get to know who will be working with your child. Nothing worse to deal with than a smart mouthed nurse. My child last physical they didnt even willing tell me his results as they charted them. On vision, hearing, nothing. When you oay them for their… care, shouldnt the tell you the results of your child you paid them for? This office is a mess

Dr. Cheng has gone above and beyond for our family. He makes you feel like you are his only patient, explains things clearly and thoroughly and is always doing what is in the best interest for the family.

Dr. Cheng is simply AMAZING! He takes the time with each appointment to thoroughly and very personably (no talking down based on knowledge etc) answer any and all questions. He makes kids comfortable and is easy to talk to and will PERSONALLY call you back if you have any questions! Hands down, he is the best pediatrician. I moved all my three children to be his patients and they all love him.

this is the first time i have ever had a pediatrician PERSONALLY call back for all calls! dr. cheng is experienced, personable and does a very thorough job. he is not in a hurry to get to the next patient nor do you sit waiting for an hour. i highly recommend dr. cheng as a pediatrician. we moved all three of our children to him!

- My 3 Children have been in Doctor Chengs care for well over 10+ yrs now. I am so very Thankful we chose him for our Childrens needs. - Dr. Cheng ALWAYS gives your Children the time they need and deserve. - Dr. Cheng is right on Q with explanitions for new or renewing medications. Always there to listen to your concerns. If you dont know what to exspect or feel unsure of medications, he will ALWAYS talk to you and give you his best thoughts and explain things to you 150%. That in it self makes your care and needs feel 100% taken care of and you feel comfort in his decisions for your Childs care. - Never have my 3 Children EVER left his office with out a reason or what to expect from a cold to a flu or even a new medication.- Dr. Cheng is the BEST Pediatrician out there and if you Children dont see him your simply missing out! - We love ya Dr. Cheng and Thank you so very much for all your efforts/caring touch/time/and tender heart that you offer to every Child that walks into your… office. Dr. Cheng has seen my 3 Children for 11 years now. He is one of the most caring I have ever came across. He takes the time your child deserves. I never have a problem getting in. His staff is wonderful as well. If every Doctor was like Dr. Cheng we would all be happy. We love ya Dr.Cheng! Glad we have you for our Childrens Primary!!

dr.Cheng is very caring,gives you and your children the time you deserve, You will never leave his office with questions unanswered. he's also very giving of him self, and will go out of his way to help you.

My 4 children have been seeing Dr. Cheng for over 17 years! He is an excellent doctor, kind and gentle, and very knowledgeable. His office staff is great too!! The other doctors in his practice are wonderful also (something important when you might have to see them also). I would highly recommend him.
