If it were possible to leave a zero star rating I would. We took my son to see Dr. Isaacson when he was a newborn regarding a lip and tongue tie. He told us that it was nothing to worry about it, he doesn't need to have it cut, it would correct itself as he grows.... Now, at almost 2 years old his dentist said that he has a level 4 lip tie and a level 3 tongue tie that he cannot believe a doctor said wasn't an issue. He is in speech therapy over this. His therapist said it's one of the worst she's ever seen. Now we have to subject him to a surgery that will be much more uncomfortable for him to deal with as a toder rather than had he been a couple weeks old ??

Dr. Isaacson was phenomenal with my 18 month old son. He interacted with him and made him as comfortable as he could throughout the visit. Dr. Isaacson explained his decision making to me very well, and I felt very comfortable with the plan of care at the end of our visit.

It was a prompt and informative appt with a decisive plan!

Extremely condescending when asking a question and horrible bedside manner. Office staff is just as rude. Don't waste your time if you want someone to take the time to talk and discuss your child's issue.

If you get him on a bad day, he is very RUDE.

What a horrible experience! Yes, my child was basically crying the whole time...so instead of even an attempt at am accurate diagnosis, I got the old "Come back in 3 months so we can re-evaluate." This translates into "Maybe in 3 months your child will not be such a baby (she's 16 months) and we can check her ears then." Sorry for putting you behind schedule, but you and your office staff are unprofessional. I will be letting all of my friends now not to use you as an ENT for their children!
