Dr. Glenn William Jelks, MD

“He” did an upper and lower Blepharoplasty and a mini face lift. My right and left side look like they were done by different people years part. The worst decision I’ve ever made was letting him (or his wife) touch my face. Stay far away!

Had very bad experience and was just terrible about it. Find a good Doctor not him.

He did my eyes and they could not be more asymmetrical. He Should not be performing surgeries anymore. Stay away.

I am so pleased with my multiple treatments I have received from Dr. Jelks! I choose Dr. Jelks because I was impressed by his work, he worked on a friend of mine. I wanted to improve my eye lids. He preformed blepharoplasty, and I was thrilled with the results! His staff is always professional, polite and helpful. Quite honestly, they go above and beyond, he actually flew to me for this surgery, talk about service! HIs staff took care of every detail. When I wanted another surgery after my 3 c-sections, of course I called him. I thought I wanted a full tummy tuck, but he suggested a mini tummy tuck. I am so happy I listened, he truly wants what's best for his patients. My stomach looks natural and flat and I don't have a funny belly button that most people have with full tummy tucks. I have also had fat transplants with Dr. Jelks as well as fillers and multiple skin care services. I love the natural, artistic results I get with his surgeries and other procedures. My… friends even know when I get work done..they just tell me how refreshed I look! I chose Dr. Jelks because he helps me look and feel great! I will continue to choose him and refer him to all my friends and family! I can assure you that you will not be dissapointed if you choose Dr. Jelks too!

Beyond disappointed with results, appalled by lack of empathy from doctor and staff. Not terribly obvious (but noticeable) one side of face “cheekier” than the other. Aside from that, overall by no means an improvement- still look tired. Not one comment from anyone since procedure I look better, or look more refreshed. Personally feel I looked better before! 10K PLUS later…? Way overpriced. Lost his touch. His lack of concern completely unattractive.

I've been getting facial fillers as well as botox from Dr. Jelks for over 20 years. He made sure I was comfortable during and after the procedures. I have ventured out to another PS only to be left bruised for days. NEVER again will I make such a mistake.

He made my eyes and mouth asymmetrical. It looks like a good doctor did my right side and my left was hacked up by someone with zero experience. DISASTER!

Many years ago I was in a terrible accident with numerous facial and eye injuries. I had many surgeries and Dr. Jelks was always there smiling and holding my hand. I was awake in the OR and the assistants were having a terrible time getting the tube down my throat through my nose and another getting my IV inserted. Dr. Jelks came over and calmed me and assisted gently getting what needed to be done. I shouldn't have remembered this but I did. This has happened during several of my surgeries. People in OR can be pretty cold and callous knowing you will not remember. Dr. Jelks didn't think I would ever remember his kindness but he did it because he truly cared about his patient. He is an outstanding human being.

Dr. Jelks is known as the surgeon of plastic surgeons. I was recommended to him through a world renown plastic surgeon, as the expert in eyes. Based on previous consults with other surgeons, I thought I would need complicated surgery. Dr. Jelks is the only surgeon I spoke with who explained to me the biomechanics behind my eyes and how and why the lids could be corrected.

I am 9 days post mini lift with fat transfer. Minimal bruising. Looks great already! I completly trust Dr. Jelks. He and his staff are caring and answered all of my questions. The anesthesiologist called the day before to go over my background and answer any questions (which made me less nervous). OR is comfortable and private.
