Dr. Glenn Julius Kietzer, MD

I saw Dr. Keitzer for the first time today not for ENT problems but other unrelated issue. He spent more than an hour addressing my concerns and answered me patiently. He is a caring doctor.

I went in for back pain, I had to go on medicaid and my previous provider did not accept medicaid. I as assigned this provider and he was the worst I have ever seen. (I have been a nurse for 20 years). He never assessed my back, instead looked in my ears, up my nose and down my throat. He refused to review my previous providers notes on my condition, and I had to BEG him to give me a referral to a neurologist who could assess me for a steroid injection. I was treated like a drug addict... I have a ruptured L4, herniated L5 and bulging L2, L3 and S1... so yes... pain is a big part of my life. This doctor would not even write me prescription for a non narcotic pain medication like trammadol. Ihave had over 20 years of clean drug screens for my employment... it is only since I ruptured my disc that I have been on pain medication and I was so insulted to have been treated like a street thug crack addict. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
