Dr. Glenn Arkell Miller, MD

Dr. Glenn Miller was great with my daughter during her surgery. But the office manager and the insurance lady were horrible. First the provider is in network with my insurance and they were asking me to pay more than the providers contracted amount. Second the office owes me a refund and refuses to give me my money back. Ive tried for months to get them to give me the money they owe and they refuse to do it. Ive have supervisors from my insurance call and tell them they are contracted and that they owe me money and the office manager still refused. I asked to speak to the oral surgeon I was told I would not be able to speak to them. The office manager and the insurance lady were both very rude and yelled the entire time I tried talking to them. The would talk over me and wouldnt let me explain how the situation worked. Third, for my daughters sedation my insurance required a narrative from the oral surgeon and on 4 different calls they told me they would send it in and never… did. Finally on the last call they told me that her medical doctor would need to submit the letter that they would not be submitting the letter. I then went in for the treatment notes to submit the claim myself for her sedation and the folder was missing information. I had to call them back to get it. The treatment notes were missing information. Such as the extractions that were performed that day as well. I really liked Dr. Miller but his front office staff was a huge disappointment. I would never recommend that office to anyone just bc of his front office staff.
