Dr. Glenn Jude Muraca, DO

ALWAYS HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Don't like how it's just a pharmacy and referral service. Does not give you a diagnosis until you go to a specialist. I can't stand Wayne, the office manager. The office staff is inefficient. Never have your results, but tell you to make a visit anyway. How can you do that? And you get a quack in a box. You make an appointment with Dr. Muraca, and get someone else because he has bankers hours. All they want is your money.

The office is inefficient and unprofessional. I am on hold forever, and there are so many doctors there, you get one pulled out of a hat, and rarely get Dr. Muraca or his partner, Dr. Marciano. I was a patient of his, and got the runaround for results, when they were RIGHT THERE! They told me they weren't, lied to my insurance when I filed a grievance against them. Charging 75 cents per pg for you to have your medical records is ASININE! And they are giving me a hard time sending them to my new doctor! That is a quality of care issue!

I recommend Doctor Muraca because he listens very carefully and with his diagnosis/prescriptions I was able to get better in a week. I had seen other doctors however they weren't even able to diagnose my illness. I recommend him to anyone. I completely trust him. His office is a bit far to Manhattan but finding the right doctor whim I can count on is worth the time. His office follows up and I thank all the staff.

Very experienced and caring Doctor. A rare breed in this day and age of medicine. Better than any physician in his field
