They selectively post comments they facilitate, and would not allow the authors to edit or modify their reviews thereafter. Now I see why such a grossly irresponsible dental office could attain an approval rating of 98.9% at some sham service review website! I went there for a regular checkup on Sept 25, 2018, considering for a lower right molar implant. Was told that my lower left molar needed a filing, but that went wrong. I don't blame the doctor who failed, but the senior dentist, Dr. Glenn Ngan who refused to even take a look at what went wrong, unless I pay "out of pocket", because "Dr. Ngan did not take Medicare insurance". There was no mentioning of any issue relating my insurance when I called to make my initial appointment. Further, Dr. Ngan did evaluate my teeth for implant before the filing and recommended that I not only do the implant for the lower right molar, but the upper left molar as well - to pull the molar out, replacing it with an implant right away. … Evaluation for molar implants was readily provided, while an evaluation for junior doctor's failure was rejected unless the patient pays out of pocket. Does this dental practice have any sense of professional responsibility?
