Dr. Glenn Thomas Orsak, MD

This office is completely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and condescending. The office manager is dismissive. After being a patient there for two years I not once met this doctor as I was always paired up with the physicians assistants. Do not waste your time going here.

I have been coming here for years now, I never wait more than 5 min for a visit. He is always very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Spends about 15-25 min depending on the reason for Dr. Visit. He is friendly and the office staff is very helpful and nice. Very reasonable self pay cost. I would not trust any other doctor.

His staff requires an Office Manager for them to answer to.

I have only been to this office a handful of times. I changed from the clinic in Webster to hear because it is closer to home. I have not met Dr Orsak (my reason for 4 stars instead of 5) because I have been more than happy to deal with his P.A. Shannon and I really do like her. She and the rest of the staff have been very friendly and very helpful. Will continue going here.

This is the worst Dr I ever knew. Is a nosy busy body and if you are female he may be very flirty with you. Just find another real Dr.

The staff is outstanding. Dr. Orsak is rude and arrogant. Would not recommend him to anyone for any reason!

What a total nightmare. Met me at the lobby screaming . Unprofessional. I had a car accident and had to go to like 5 doctors and he accused me rudely of Doc hopping or whatever that is. What a whacko.. no. He sees me 2 minutes and starts trying to pass out anti depression meds like pledge pills.

I have never met him was treated by Nurse Pract. but she is no longer with him. I needed a refill on rx was told I needed a appt. with him. scheduled it but honestly I really despise his staff so I did not go to the appt. Today I received a bill for the no show. Fine!!! I will pay it but finding a new doc and so will my family.

I find him a very excellent Doctor! He diagnosed my illness that other doctors couldn't !

My son got diagnosed with fifths disease twice, after only five minutes of being seen. He told us the first time you could only get it once. Both times my mother-in-law had to take off work 6 weeks without pay because she's a sonographer and had been in contact with him.
