Glenn E. Ostriker, MD

Dr. Ostriker lacks empathy and respect for the elderly. We took my 96-year-old mother for a check-up, which was scheduled for 2:30 PM. After waiting for an hour and a half to see him in the waiting area, he administered eye drops, asked her to wait, and then left. My mother had to wait another hour and a half in the exam room, but he never returned. During our wait, we observed many patients entering and leaving his other exam rooms, while we did not receive any attention. Ultimately, we decided to leave at 5:30 PM without any explanation from Dr. Ostriker or his staff. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by both Dr. Ostriker and his team. If he is too busy, he should inform patients and offer to reschedule instead of making them wait unnecessarily. It is especially concerning given that my mother is an elderly person who requires considerate and timely care.

the staff is not helpful, had appointment for 2:15, arrived on time, was told that one person before me with 1:45 appointment but another person was still in with the doctor, Since wait time would be 1hour 30 plus minutes at least, I had to leave, due to another appointment. To get a new appointment was made very difficult. Not sure if Dr. Ostriker knows what goes on . He is nice.

He did a very careful exam and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgable.

Excellent physician. I would not change him for the world.
