Dr. Glenn A Pfaff, MD

In general, I do not like doctors. I love Dr. Pfaff. He never makes me feel rushed and he actually listens when I tell him what *I* think is going on with my body. He is our family doctor and has been for a long time. I'm going to be so depressed when he retires.

I have been a patient of Dr Pfaff for 25 years and he has never denied listening to my problems and cut me off. I believe he really cares about his patients and asks question leading to a discussion to what the problems are and importantly he listens. There are occasional long waits to see him due to his attention to a patient who requires time. I do not at all mind this because I know if I needed more time on my visit, he will give it to me. I am 74 years old and am 90% disabled due to Vietnam service and other serious health conditions. I have gotten very poor service from the VA system and rely on Dr Pfaff for consultation and what and how I should proceed.

My visit was very good and the wait time was very short. The office staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Pfaff was very personable and knowledgeable, but I was a little disappointed that much of my visit was with a P.A. and that my next visit is scheduled with the P.A.

Very thorough and knowledgeable

Thanks to Dr. Pfaff and his nurse Nancy we are both alive. Dr. Pfaff was persistent in ordering tests for Jack to ultimately have it determined he had prostate cancer. Dr. Pfaff gave us a recommendation for a Dr. that did a procedure that saved his life. In my case he had the same persistency and it was determined i had lung cancer. Again he recommended a cancer specialist and i am now a cancer survivor. As far as we're concerned there is no better Doctor in the world!

You might have to wait quite a while to get in to see him, but he really takes his time and listens to his patients; a rarity in the medical profession these days. Dr.Pfaff and his entire staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Best Doctor in Orlando

I've known Dr. Pfaff for a very long time. He is overqualified as a general physician. His knowledge goes deep into many specialties upon which I would trust his advice. He has the best bedside manner of probably any doctor I've encountered, and I've encountered many. Unfortunately due to the new healthcare regulations it has burdened him and his staff; he has had to cut back and I do not know for sure, however may eventually be headed towards a solely cash based business model. I can't blame him. Most of his patients are elderly, and have government provided healthcare which pays Dr. Pfaff a small percentage of what is deserved from such a great physician. The only issue I have with him; and I can't fault him because it goes back to his bedside manner; is I usually have to wait close to an hour before I'm even called in. His staff is small due to the financial benefits, and they do not have a revolving door with patients. The reason I usually have to wait for so long is because he's… developed such a great relationship with all of his patients (not that I know them all, but I know Doc) and truly enjoys talking with them. It's quite evident that Dr. Pfaff cares about his patients beyond their medical needs. He cares about his patients as family.

I have known Dr. Pfaff for over 20 years and he is more than a doctor he is a friend. He takes a genuine interest in each patient. He is very professional and caring. When he retires it is going to be a sad day!!

Dr. Pfaff is a genius. He was very professional and helpful. I could tell he really identified with me as an individual and cared about me-helping me find the best solution for my ailments. Simply put, Dr. Pfaff is a top-notch physician.
