Doctor Wheeless operated both my knees and both shoulders I was very over weight I almost weighed 400 pounds but I didn't have any complications during all my surgeries he is a great doctor!

wait time has ranged. Staff is great. Although he can be hard to get in to see, the staff will call back to work you in.

The good thing is ease of scheduling urgent appointments when you feel ill. I think it is because lots of his lots are available. I got my appointment of next day with multiple time options. On a small note, wait time in the room was long but it is not a big thing for me The most important thing for me that my doctor is listening to me, answering to my questions, spending an appropriate amount of time with me and help me to understand my condition. However, I was not satisfied on these points with my visit. The doctor just gave me 2-3 mins and didnâ??t ask me the problem but started giving solution. Didnâ??t build the trust. Well I was not satisfied with my visit.

I chose Metrocrest on my primary care doctors recommendation, and the fact they had an in house rehab facility. The doctor never engaged with me, dismissed my concerns and prescribed therapy. First therapy appointment was over a week later, supposedly to allow for communications between doctor and rehab staff to formulate a plan. NO communication occurred between doctor and therapy staff, so they had to wing it. The young woman did the best she could, but with no direction from the doctor I got generic directions at best. With many options out there, I found another practice with in house therapy where the doctors actually take part in the therapy preparation.

Great, caring doctor. I've had multiple surgeries over 12 years. Would recommend Dr. Wheeless to friends.
