Overall, the outcome of my ER visit was OK but the manner of delivery of my test results (that showed I needed treatment) made me feel like he had been dismissive of the nature of my concerns. I don't really think it's fair to answer a question about whether the diagnosis was positive with "well if you want bragging rights, then I guess it is". It completely disregarded why I had come to the ER in the first place, for something that had concerned me so much that I felt scared and needed to be seen.

My husband had the misfortune of being seen by this guy at the ER Riverbend in Springfield today. He was very rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. This Doctor spent less than 20 seconds examining my husband and sent him home with if it gets worse come back! It took 2 hours to be seen at this visit!! He needs some sensitivity training !! What a jerk!!

I Loved Dr. Glenn he was very nice and Respectful he worked quick i sprained my neck what i didnt know is that if you leave a neck brace on too long it weakens your muscles after i asked for a to go neck brace he didnt reccomend it and said " No I Dont Recommend That it Will Make your neck heal slower and weaken Your neck take 600 mg of Ibuprofen and rest your neck with a heat pad or a ice pack!" Smart Man Thank you Dr. Glenn Ziemski For Your Prompt Work and your courteousness!!!

This ER doc gave me extremely poor care, did not address my symptoms, performed a minimal and cursory exam only to dismiss the findings and give me a medication that will only make my symptoms worse. On top of this he was rude, condescending, and patronizing, all in the space of 2 minutes. NEVER go to Riverbend ER if possible.
