Horrible Doctor and staff

Very unprofessional office! They call yesterday requesting we be here at 8am with a 4 day old newborn. We arrive to find a sign on the door saying that they will open at 8:30 Am. 8:35 and the doors are still locked so I call and am told that we will have to wait another 10 minutes. Not impressed for the inconvenience and the way the situation was handled. Will definitely be looking for a new pediatrician office!

The stuff is rude !! You call to make an appointment rude !! They didn’t listen to me when I told them my kid has asthma keep saying allergies she was constantly getting sick . I felt like they didn’t care about my child needs or why they were sick ! I wouldn’t take my child here ever again !!!! New doctor who listens unlike her .

Dr. Harris is a good physician. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, as well as making my daughter feel comfortable. The score is low for these reasons, her network isn't local. I had to drive back and forth from Denton to Grandbury for my daughter's eczema, also had to drive back and forth from Denton to Fort Worth for my daughter's ear appointments. Next, the office staff is discourteous, w/the acception of 2-3 of them

Front desk girl Amanda is extremely rude. Had a terrible experience with this office and feel like they don't care about their patients. Dr Harris dismissed us from her practice after seeing her for years BC when I went to get a handicap tag I wasnt given everything needed and I called and questioned the office about it. At the DMV I was told this information was common knowledge and most doctors knew what was required, when I stated that over the phone in a direct but I don't like it was inappropriate way my kids were dismissed from the practice by letter the next day at my daughters appointment. Very displeased with this office and how they treat people. I will say the nurse Casey has always tried to be helpful and she is the light of that office

My children love her, she takes time talking and listening to my children. I have no complaints. Glenna Harris and her staff have bent over backwards making our visits the best they can. Our 6 years have been excellent. Thank you for your hard work, Pecan Creek Pediatrics

employees at the front office are im-patience, are very rude and always frustrated when you are there to check-in or calling in to make an appointment.

Love, love, love Dr. Harris! She's the best. My nieces have been going to her since right after birth. They're 7 & 9. Their mom went to her when she was about 8 or 9 till she was 18.

Probably the worst doctor I've ever been too. She didn't listen to anything I said. She already had already decided on a diagnosis before she ever walked into the exam room. Then she was rude (loudly, and in front of me and my child) and hateful with her nurses. Yelled at one of them and threw the chart at her. You can tell what kind of person someone is by how they treat their inferiors, and Glenna Harris is a spiteful, rude, ignorant, hateful bully. She has no bedside manner to speak of, she is condescending to the parents, and extremely pretentious. My kids only saw her a couple times before I found them a new doctor. I feel sorry for anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with that bitter little troll. I will never be back. And I make sure to tell everyone I meet what a horrible person she really is. If you ask other medical personnel what they know about her, they ALL say they have heard she is a horrible, hateful, spiteful person. And I have learned to trust that when nobody… has anything to nice to say about a person and a doctor, take their word for it.

She and her staff have always been super friendly. She spends an appropriate amount of time chatting to see how we're doing, and always gives us an age-appropriate book for the children. We love her!
