Dr. Gloria Martinez-Clark, MD

I felt I was rushed. This was supposed to be a full physical.

Dr. Clark is the best doctor I have ever seen she is very professional her staff are very helpful and nice.

They have rescheduled my appointment with Dr Clark twice I do not recommend her at all

Dr. Clarke seems to be very experienced in her field. I would suggest however, if one has questions to write them down before hand and ask during the visit with her. She will answer your questions, but we have to also advocate for ourselves as women. Doctors here in El Paso are very busy so we need to also go into a doctors office prepared. At times the wait can exceed an hour, but the staff will definitely communicate with you. Overall, her staff was friendly and helpful and so was Dr. Clarke.

when i saw Dr. Clark it was due to worsening period pain and fear of having a cyst. this my first visit with a gyn. and i was 18. The wait in her office was almost an hour despite being the first appointment of the day and it was ridiculously hot in the waiting room. once i was brought to a room, she abruptly came in with another nurse without so much as a hello or an introduction. i seriously didn't know she was the doctor until the visit was almost over. she was rude and short with me and only did an ultrasound and did not examine me. she then sent me off into a side office where a nurse prescribed a random birth control to me. when i attempted to get information on the side effects, a generic pamphlet was given to me about what birth control is and how it works. the side effects i got from the birth control were AWFUL. i had nausea for months and it increased my sensitivity to the sun and caused me to get sunspots despite taking it for only 3 months. I do NOT recommend seeing this… doctor. her bedside manner is the worst and she is only concerned with making money off of the patients that she ignores.

I regret taking my daughter to see this doctor. She is awful! Does not spend anytime with you, has no bedside manner, does not explain anything regarding the procedure, and is very insensitive. Do not go to her. Her bill was outrageous for doing nothing!

Her staff consistently called me after an appointment saying that I needed to go in urgently because they said I may have cancer. I followed up feeling terrified & when I got there the doctor said "oh your tests are fine" I wondered why would they harass me saying I could have cancer? She saw me for two minutes just to say I was fine but I paid $40 to hear that and waited 30 minutes.

You wait a long time to see her and she is with you for one second in the room.

As a former employee of this practice I can say that this physician and her staff are unprofessional. Gloria Clark comes into the office late everyday forcing her scheduled patients to wait for HOURS before being seen. She has zero compassion for her staff and her patients, and the office manager has no sense in her head to train people she sits back and lets disasters happen with important documents such as ultrasounds and other medical records. The high turn over in this practice is proof that neither physician or Office Manager care about anyone involved with the practice. After patients leave the office they would have a field day talking about the patient's that had been seen that day. I am disgusted to know this woman in still in practice after all of the wrong she has done to her staff and patients and after violating the patient privacy act (HIPPA). If you are a patient of this physician I would highly recommend doing research on other doctors and getting as far away from this… woman as possible her bedside manners are terrible she has no compassion for patients no interest in their questions. If you are not a patient of Gloria Clark consider yourself lucky!

I had a terrible time wth her, she does not seem to care. I been having trouble with my pregnancy and she only said I was doing ok. She gets mad when you ask a lot of questions. I takes about 2 hours to see her even if you have an appointment. I had an appointment and was nearly her lunch time and she only gave around 5 min. I could not ask anything, she said: " you are fine, I'll see you in 4 weeks". horrible doctor, I do not recomend her. Please look for more options she is not a good option at all. I recently changed her.
