Dr. Gloriosa Reyes Antiporda, MD

This place is a JOKE! Was going there for over 4 years.. Always someone else.(nurse practitioners came and went really fast) When you were able to see the DR - she NEVER listened. She sits there and writes for the entire 10 minutes that you see her!!! She's HORRIBLE! DO NOT go to her!! I ended up going to Shands (which has a bad name here in Jax..appt's may take a wait..but the Dr's DO listen..DO care. Antiporta is a very washed up..no caring person!! - spoken by a person who saw her maybe 7 times in 10 years!! She simply Just doesn't CARE!!

I've been going to this office for the past 3 years. They nurses are cold and callous and never address the issue of concern. They're lazy, always seem pressed for time and very unprofessional. I never see the doctor, only the nurses. The doctor just sits back and collects a check for her overbooked appointments that cause long wait times. Even if you need a prescription refill, you have to wait at least an hour for a slip of paper. All they care about is money. The nurse Brittany looks and acts like trailer trash and is very uneducated. Those 9 month nursing programs are the worst thing that's ever happened to society, as they only care about having the title "Nurse" and not the patients. Don't go here, they don't care about you. They are cold and callous people who have made me cry more than once.

The older woman who works at the front desk needs to find another line of work that doesn't deal with the public. She is sour and rude. She makes any experience of dealing with that office a miserable thing. Others in the office are helpful and prompt. The referrals coordinator, in particular, is good at her job and is direct without being at all rude. The doctor needs to realize that the front person is the "face" of her practice. And her practice needs a facelift.
