Dr. Glynda Gaye Crabtree, MD

Dr. Crabtree quickly and thoroughly came up with some possible causes for migratory joint pain and promptly ordered the necessary labs to try to get to the bottom of it. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she is, her sense of humor, and her disposition. My other experiences with urgent care facilities (BMC) have been terrible, so this was a very pleasant surprise.

She was wonderful. Had a couple of my family members see her at urgent care (on different occasions, thankfully ) and she is always caring. She listens well and has a great attitude. Wish she had a private practice.

She was very very nice. My 6 yr old loved her. She listens to what you have to say, which is so important and refreshing. She is there to help, and treat, not just get you in and out. She makes you feel like you're a person not just another number.

Most memorable was the fun poked at how my husband squirmed in agony, oh and supposedly sounded funny to this individual. Appropriate care was denied (failed execution of any recognized pain assessment). my husbands belongings were ransacked, he has never had a character or ethical slip in 3 years of intense care. Unfortunate that the party with the least amount of education is expected to be the most upstanding.... eveyone involved should feel shame, however i doubt they will.
