I had seen many doctors in DFW area but Dr. Naini is the worst doctor ever. There are some offices where the staff was rude but in case of Dr. Naini, she herself was extremely rude. She is an obnoxious old lady who can barely walk and who herself appears to be in need of medical help from some good doctor. If you try to discuss a second medical issue, she gets mad and starts shouting at you. Visiting Dr. Naini was the worst experience. Don't go anywhere near this lady's office if you care for your health. I am giving a 1 star since Google does not let me give her a zero star. I would give her a minus star if possible.

Orders unnecessary tests, makes the patient come back to the office just to get the results, and charges them for it. Massive billing errors. The staff can be rude at times. Long waiting periods (even earlier in the day when there are hardly any other patients).

Went to Dr. Naini for a simple management of a medication that had been maintained for 18 years. This is the only doctor that go the prescription wrong 3 times, took 2 weeks to respond to a pharmacy refill request, and refused to refill a prescription for the 2 weeks the patient would have to wait until seeing her so that the regulated medication would then be unregulated and she could charge an additional office visit. She requires you to go in after ANY test, even if there is nothing but "keep doing what you're doing" as a response.

I first saw Dr. Naini when my family physician was not available and I needed immediate help. She correctly diagnosed the problem, sent me for tests and referred me to a surgeon. Her concern was genuine and she followed up post surgery to be certain the problem had been corrected. She is now my primary physician and I have been her patient for over ten years. She is an outstanding physician and I would recommend her to any person needing a physician.

I have been in DFW metroplex for 15 years now, and have seen many doctors, but it is only recently that I visited Dr Naini. And I can say with confidence that Dr Naini is the worst ever that I met. I had seen some doctors where the staff were rude. But, in Dr Naini's case, she herself is extremely rude and treats you like dirt. She does not even listen to your problems and her diagnosis is always wrong. The staff is the unfriendliest you will ever see and they also specialize in messing up your claims. Avoid this lady.

I have finally found a doctor who I give 100% top rating in everything she does for me. Dr. Naini has always diagnosed and prescribed for me accurately. Other doctors could probably do the same IF they would take the time to know the patient and LISTEN to the patient. She is my HERO!
