Doctor does not really care for his patients , guessing 40 plus years he gave up on patients and calls ambulance to pick them up and take them to the ER . Gave me a ECG that nurses or Dr. O could not read but then charges my insurance company for using a out dated machine . Worst DR. in Fayetteville , changing my doctor to someone who really cares far, far, away from Dr. O

45 minutes wait in reception area after scheduled appt time. Another 20 minutes in examining room. Other Dr. O. was cordial, addressed my medical concerns, and if anything, overly cautious, overly polite. Did not tell me to lose 40 pounds, though I need to lose it.

Everytime I come to this office it's almost a hour wait in waiting area then another 45mins to hour sitting in patient room waiting to be seen for 5mins if that long.

The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor ever.

Waiting room wait time 58 minutes. Now in room the wait time is another 30 minutes.

Although a new patient packet was mailed to me and returned at least 2 weeks ahead of my appointment, no information about me, my health condions, surgeries or medication had been entered ahead of time so we would not have to address these questions with the triage nurse. She was slow and somewhat irritated that she had to enter this info. Dr. "O" was actually quite out of touch, unfamiliar with a few of the English terminology we used and possessed absolutely NO bedside manner. He kept saying "you will be alright"???? Minimizing any concerns that I had for myself or the other patient whose appointment I that I was present for. I am presently looking for another PCP.....Not impressed ... I really wasted my time...the office staff were rude and had nasty attitudes even the lab tech was rude.... Moral around there must really suck!
