Office staff will schedule patient appointments for times when the doctor isnt even there, and then make the patient sit in a room for more than an hour without any further communication. Twice I took my grandmother for a simple follow up to IV treatment. Both times we were put into a room and sat there waiting for an hour and a half each time. The first time the doctor was never even there. The second time, the doctor came late from his other office location. Not once did a staff member come to check on us or explain the long wait. And the Dr himself was rude and inconsiderate. When I said we were leaving, he said "Bye". Not so much as apology for wasting our time. Very unprofessional. Staff is unorganized and horrible with communication.

He gave me the correct diagnosis and prompt treatment where other doctors had seemed mystified and/or uncaring. A definite cut above.

Dr Oguchi is great but his office staff are very rude!!

Refuses to coordinate with other professionals (MDs).

, EXCELLANT, CARE... EMPATHETIC, ....HE SAVED MY LEG WHEN I HAD MRSA .. OF THE BONE., AND I HAD BEEN TOLD BY OTHER DOCTORS I HAD NO HOPE......I HAD TO ASK MY INSURANCE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, TO BE SEEN BY DR OGUCHI, IT WAS one of THE SMARTEST MOVE I EVER MADE.

Excellent doctor. Took time to examine me and listen to my problem and treat it quickly and correctly.

Never in my life have I ever had a doctor go above and beyond the call of duty to provide health care to me. I was referred to Dr. O from my primary for an emergency, who fit me in even though he was flying out of the country for family vacation the next day. Being in a desperate situation with an insect bite infection, one that could have cost me my leg, he took control of my care, and had me come see him again the following morning before his flight out. My situation was under control, and I saw him again when he returned. Although I had improved, it was not enough to satisfy Dr. O. From there, it was daily treatments, and attention. He cared not only about my leg, but me, and my family as well. I would love to think I am special, but in my heart I know Dr. O would move mountains to fix us all. I really hate to give him a good review, because I don't want to share him! It has been a year now. Dr. O not only saved my leg (and my life) but I can walk without a limp! Thank… you, Dr. O, I love you and all your staff, and am forever in your debt!

Dr repeatedly refused to talk with me or answer basic questions left with staff, concerning treatment for my 89 yr old mom. Although Mom signed HIPAA and POA/health forms granting him permission , he and Stella alleged Mom did not want him to talk to me. Not true. I am a plane ride away and could not get him to authorize home treatment (okayed by her generalist and insurers). Excuses were all proven to be untrue or just made up. Despite being homebound and frail, Mom had to arrange 12 visits to his office. After two written requests for medical records to be sent to me, he finally sent them - but to Mom, who had to forward them. Not a good or even acceptable experience.

This man virtually saved my life. I met him when diagnosed with a bone infection. After 6 weeks of IV at home I developed another infection and was in the hospital 17 days. I was very aware of how his fellow physicians highly regarded his knowledge regarding the serious condition I presented and his compassion for me when I was so ill.
