Awful at communicating with insurance, writing referrals, listening to clients needs, submitting prescriptions etc. Every interaction has been infuriating I've never had a healthcare provider where I have to call back multiple times just to make sure they are doing their jobs.

One of the medical receptionist is very rude,cold argumentative and seemingly spiteful for no apparent reason whatsoever. Easily frustrated and lacks patience, but one is extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. It's stressful enough to have to see a doctor in the first place and an added combative attitude definitely does not help the situation.

Never on time at least a hours wait despite the fact you have an appoint ment .Test results. are not readily In records must wait for them to be faxed from another office, Office needs to be cleaned afraid to sit in waiting or examine rooms. Seriously CQI program Might help. Seems. to rush through his patients,

A fairly good doctor but his time management is very poor! It takes too long to see the doctor and the staff normally overbook appointments. Time is money and I don't like to make an appt. and have to wait hours to see the doctor with several other patients in front of me. It is bad enough to be called in to see him but then they place you in a room to wait an additional 30 mins before he actually lay eyes on you.

I was badly treated by one of your staff members, by the younger lady! After she drove me out of the treatement room by turning off the light, I tried to talk to her on the phone what was happening. She told me in bold that she and the clinic prefer money more than humanity. Definitely she acted inhuman, fade of people, disrespectful and hateful
