ONE VISIT SAVED THE LIFE. Dr GODWIN H D'SOUZA saved my life. It took just one visit. I was sick loosing my muscle, power, vision, terrible sweating every night, walking from one doctor to another one. /Within the last few months I lost 33 pounds/. They were taking my blood & urine for tests, checking blood pressure, putting me on the weight scale ... with their comments: we will call you. Nothing more from them. One of my friend gave me tel Nr to Dr D' SOUZA. After the visit in his clinic, he took the blood & urine for test, checked my blood pressure, heart, lung, pulse, I received the phone call from him. He said, Joe you are very sick and I have to send you to hospital, the hospitalization is the must. None of another doctors did like like that, like him. Next day I come to the hospital, Resurrection Hospital Medical Center at 7447 W. Talcott Ave Chicago, Il 60631. It was around 5:30 pm, Dr D'Souza come to visit me at 10:00 pm the same night. He come… again next morning at 7:00 am. It was the question mark, very bad bacteria in the system or the cancer. It was aggressive cancer in the left kidney, in the scale 1-4 , was 3. Dr Mark Brandt removed my kidney. Dr. D'SOUZA said, Joe three more weeks and you will be gone. After 9 days of hospitalization, more than one month therapy at NORWOOD CROSSING at 6016 N.Nina Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 I'm almost fine. Now, as per his referral, I'm with the ATI PHYSICAL THERAPY AT 951 W.TOUHY in Park Ridge getting out patent therapy. HE SAVED MY LIVE !!! Thank you DR. D'SOUZA, you are fantastic man, really DOCTOR. Excellent Doctor and staffs

Excellent staffs. Great doctor, Great female Dr EILEEN. But office needs two lines, because the one line is always busy. They also need a bigger office with another person to help. Overall I wouldn't change my doctor. They are compassion and understanding. I rate it a 10!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had many doctors in my life, but Dr. D'Souza is one of the best. Wonderful bedside manner, genuinely cares about you, and makes sure you understand your condition and treatment, never rushes through an appointment. Wonderful doctor!!!

The wait time is not long at all, you are seen right away when brought back. He spends time and listens. He draws your blood himself right in the office, and personally calls you back with the results. He is an awesome doctor.

Dr. D'Souza's interests are listed as: allergies, diiabetes, etc. If you should be so unfortunate as to find yourself in his "care", you will quickly discover that his sole interest is ORDERING TESTS -- unneeded, but always paid for by Medicare tests; keep pt in the hosp. one day longer tests; tests that he just likes the sound of rolling off of his tongue. After causing all of these tests to be administered -- prior to the results being given him, actually -- he will advise you, curtly, and with no explanation, of his misdiagnosis. He will not contact your own physician, will change medication protocols that you and your real doctor have spent years putting together. He does not wish to be disturbed by your family, should they have questions or cioncerns. And I should not have said that ordering tests is his sole interest.., His sole interest is BILLING. Stay away from this very dangerous man.
