Dr. Gopal Bhalala, MD

I was looking for a good pain doctor and the lady on phone said the doctor treats for chronic pain, so i made appointment. Once there, i explained to front desk the payment of $260 was high, i recently moved back to area to take care of my sick 91 year old mother and money was tight. They said the doctor could treat my pain problem. The doctor came in room and immediately started discussing my diabetes. I told him i already have a doctor for that, and was there for a chronic pain problem. He then continued to talk about my diabetes and insisted on me trying Farxiga. But i already have a good diabetic doctor who only costs me $25, as opposed to his $260, he then said to take 2 ibuprofen for my back, full rotor tear, and deformed femer bone pain, and walked away. The next day i called because i felt i wasn't treated for what i came for and got ripped off. Dr. Gopul got on phone and said he doesn't treat for pain but since i was there he treated me for diabetes and that i was not… entitled to any refund and. rudely hung up on me. Now i cannot afford to to get a doctor since he stole my money.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bhalala for over 20yrs now. He is unlike any doctor Ive ever seen before. He takes the time to actually listen to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and truly on top of his game. Every visit is truly a pleasurable experience with him and his wonderful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends.

Doctor Bhalala has been my doctor since 1981 and I am very happy that I was able to keep him as my doctor after the passage of ACA. He is very good at his job and he always has time to answer my questions and ease my concerns. His office staff is very efficient and friendly even when dealing with many issues at a time. I greatly recommend Dr. Bhalala for your health care option.
