Dr. Gordi Singh Khera, MD

Horrible office staff, would not even let me leave a message for him, refused to send referrals to an office just because I asked to check with my insurance first. All the Doctors I have had have called me with test results. He hasn’t called me yet. I call and his office manager she refuses to leave him a message. She said if you want your results, you have to come in and pay co pay up front. I did not have to do that on initial visit. I received bill and paid. He sent me for tests and has never even called me with the results. I think they are scamming the insurance companies. I would never recommend him to anyone. He has no control over his office. That makes me think he would not be a good surgeon. Especially if he will not call his patients with their results.

Dr. Khera is very efficient, even under pressure of a full schedule. I have had the experience of follow up after a past surgery. He was checking on the anesthetist, that participated in surgery. Great bedside manner. He presents a very confident attitude towards life threatening issues.

I had a very pleasant experience over all with the staff and doctor. They seem to care about my problem and were able to get me in within 24 hours.
