Dr. Gordon Anthony Beh, MD

Dr Beh is an excellent doctor with good bedside manor. Always listen to his patients and gives honest input.

I have seen dozens of doctors over the years but have never been treated in a condescending, smug, dismissive manner quite like that of Dr. Beh. Because of his negligence and refusal to listen and perform basic medical tests, I lost a kidney and am tens of thousands of dollars deep in medical debt. When I went to the emergency room after a snowboarding accident with pain so severe I couldn’t walk, I was assigned to Dr Beh. Although I was in almost disorienting pain associated with vomiting and blood in my urine, Dr. Beh took one look at me and diagnosed me with a UTI. I told him I was sure it was related to the accident and likely more serious. Instead of listening to my concerns, allowing me to explain the circumstances of the accident or the symptoms I was experiencing, he incessantly talked over me, belittled my pain, and ultimately overlooked what turned out to be a serious medical condition. After being told several times that the pain and blood in the urine was perfectly normal… and would go away in a few days, I was sent home, speechless and honestly livid. A few days later I went in again. Fortunately that time I was seen by a competent doctor. Unfortunately by that point my kidney had become so infected that, despite the following eight days in the hospital trying to save it, the kidney had to be removed. It’s been over a year now and I’m still traumatized by my experience, and in disbelief of the treatment I received from Dr. Beh.

Really listened and positive and compassionate. Treated my pain and my circumstance with compassion. I was admired to a hospital, therefore, I am unfortunately not able to Dr. Ben unless I am admitted again. (Thus the 1 star with follow up. Not his or staffs fault! ) Otherise, I would be making an appointment now. I am currently trying to find the right dr. That is as equally kind and compassionate as dr. Ben. No luck so far. :-(
