At The cranberry office, all the staff are nasty when you call, and if you have any questions they get annoyed especially Tracy who acts like she owns the place. I would not recommend this location. My dr. Was Dr. Jurewicz and he has ruined my health instead of actually treating me. if I could go back I would of never chose him as my PCP. Take my advice, or go Find out yourself.

just another upmc hack. wake up to the fact that upmc is now strictly a money making operation, in this case more interested in promoting vonda's orthopedic surgery scam than convenience to patients. after years of going to upmc and even more horribly, working for them, enough. these clowns are dangerous, and j romoff should be in jail and im now a allegheny patient

Dr. Gold is uncaring, terrible bed side manner, does not want to listen if you are having a medical problem, will never want him for my doctor.

Dr. Gold is excellent in caring for patients. I've been with him for over 30 years.

As I was in the office after the sudden death of my mother, the heartless office manager berated me for not coming in more often and for taking up her time to fill out a form. She said, "If you'd been coming in for your yearly physicals this wouldn't be such an issue" and "You're not the only one this has happened to" as I was sitting there sobbing, begging her to help me get a form signed to have a few days off of work. She then slammed the door on me TWICE and muttered under her breath about how much of her time I was taking up. I will NEVER go back here and I've shared my story on social media AND at the hospital where I work.

I always get in to see Dr. Gold very quickly. The office location is great no parking issues. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gold is a great doctor!
