DR. HANDLESMAN BEST PERSONAL HANDS ON DOCTOR ONE CAN FIND. HIS STAFF IS EXCELLENT. THE CARE AND CONCERN OF HIS PATIENTS IS TRULY DOCTOR GORDON. HIS ACTIONS ON YOUR HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE ALWAYS ASAP. I HAVE REMAINED HIS PATIENT FOR MANY YEARS AS HE IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR.

Dr. Handelsman's bedside manners may not be as good as some others, but, he takes the time to talk to you and his diagnoses are always correct. He follows you through many phone calls and will always take the time to talk to you. He is very proficient in getting back to you. He is very carefulin writing out scrips for anxiety, depression, etc. But, when he sees you really need them, then there is never a problem. He is getting better at being a better listener and easier to talk to now. You need to have patience when you visit a doctor for the 1st or 2nd time.

horrible bedside manner, no eye contact at visits justs puts info in computer, treats people with mental illness with disregard at times--inconsistent behavior and treatment--treated mom and brother very nicely but treated myself and sister9both of us have depression and anxiety issues0 cooly--misdiagnosed myself and my sister-- he told her she just has an anxious stomach--when she saw another md she had to have major stomach surgery. basically if u have a mental illness do not go to him

I'm sorry a Dr. should never tell a older person not to go to any more specialist drs. because your going to die anyways. everyone is going to die but is that what we want to hear when you go to the drs office for a check up. My father is a very old man but is not going to die as long as he never see this doctor again. don't waste your time with this doctor all he wants is your money!!!
