I have seen Dr. Rafool over a period of about 35 years. He is the most caring, courteous and knowledgable doctor I have ever seen. He takes an interest in what is going on in your life. This is important from a medical standpoint also. He volunteers his time and medical knowledge on mission trips as well as with free clinics. I will greatly miss his caring touch when he decides to retire.
