DR. GORDON RAMSAY IS MY SISTER DEBORAH COTTON DOCTOR I WENT WITH HER TO AND APPOINTMENT HE WAS VERY TENTATIVE TO HER NEEDS WHICH MADE ME LIKE HIS BED SIDE MANNERS IT WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. I DECIDED I WANTED HIM AS MY INTERNAL DOCTOR I WENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK AFTER LOOKING FOR A GOOD DOCTOR I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY KNEES HE TOOK TIME TO LISTENS TO MY NEEDS WHICH WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. DR. RAMSAY GORDON GETS 5 STAR IN MY BOOK. KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP DOCTOR RAMSAY. ALSO HIS RECEPTIONIST IN THE FRONT AREA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. GREAT JOB.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsay. He is patient, kind and caring. Dr. Ramsay is everything a doctor should be-- he cares about the total patient and your total well being. I give Dr. Ramsay my highest recommendation.

Dr Ramsay is a superb internist. He was assigned to me at Washington Hospital and handled my case for 3 days. Wonderful personality, excellent attention to detail and follow-up. Were I to live to DC, he would be my internist. I have no experience with his office or staff.

1st visit was okay. I had a problem and called their on call service and never got a return call. I called his office during regular business hours and never got a return call. Another doctor called me back, but didn't leave a message almost 72 hours after the event occured. I got antibiotics from my sister and went to patient first. Poor customer service. He's accepting new patients, but can't be responsive to the ones he has. The staff at the front desk are uneducated and rude. He never called me after ordering $364.00 worth of bloodwork (which I told him I had to pay out of pocket) with the results. To this day, I have no idea if they were norma.
