Dr. Gordon Siegel, MD, FACS

Dr. Siegel is unusual in very good ways. He is thoughtful, inquisitive, and cares about his patients. He gives each person the time they need. This can mean his schedule may become way off, but if you’re the one needing extra attention, or have an urgent need to see him soon, you will understand why this is important. The offices and equipment are clean, the staff is nice—maybe because I don’t yell at them if he’s behind schedule. His charges seem to be fair and probably less than average. I think he’s a rare find, and I always recommend him strongly to family and friends.

Dr. Siegel is absolutely amazing!!! I've struggled with sinus disease for 15 years. We have had to do many surgeries b/c my inflammation/disease is very aggressive. He did a fantastic job with each surgery resulting in me feeling SO much better for years after each one. He's always on top of medical advancements and we have been able to stop surgeries the past few years b/c of a new treatment that has worked great. And he just recommended a new treatment (a simple shot once a week) that I'm eager to try bc this could be an even better treatment for me. Hands down, my favorite doctor and I have many many doctors. :-) I'm know his staff well and they've been wonderful as well. Highly highly recommend Dr. Siegel and his team.

Dr. Gordon Siegel is wonderful. He is attentive, cares about his patients, has decades of experience, keeps up on latest trends in care, and he THINKS! Only problem for some is the wait times generated by his giving patients however much time they need. I’ve had doctors who kept to a 15 minute appointment. Not done in 15 minutes? Too bad. (I didn’t stick with those.) Dr. Siegel doesn’t hand you off to assistants; he wants to have as much time with you as possible to observe you as an entity, not only as a stuffy sinus or a clogged ear. He puts in time to research unusual problems. His encouragement has been so helpful in beating my oral cancer. Dr. Siegel is one of a kind and worth any waiting.

As other reviewers have noted, if you come to this office you will experience a huge waste in your time and rude office staff. I have waited a half a business day on occasion and then didn't have a resolution in my diagnoses. While the doctor is kind, he must not be concerned with his customer/patient's experience. And god forbid you have to call this office for any follow ups. Always. Rude!

I've been Dr. Siegel's patient for nearly three years. He is splendid, and has helped greatly in tracking and treating my tongue cancer. He is exceptionally kind, perceptive, focused and thoughtful. Yes, one does have to wait at times for one's appointment to begin. Having a physician who cares about individual patients, and is who is highly skilled is increasingly rare. Rather than rushing through to meet an administratively imposed deadline, he generously gives patients the time they need. If your health and well being are important to you, leave a bit of space in your schedule and bring a book to read when you have an appointment.

For an office that has got hundreds of clocks, one I feel bad for his staff who have to hear every clock go off every 10 or 15 minutes, enough to drive you insane. Plus, if I didn’t go up and ask how much longer it would’ve been, I’d have easily been there for at least 2 hours. Staff said he’s thorough with his patients and was running late. Well, they weren’t wrong. He’s thoroughly running late. Don’t go to him unless you have a full day of absolutely nothing to do.

You would think with all the clocks in his office, he would be better about managing his time. Apparently not. I waited 3 hours to see this doctor! Apparently this is the standard here. If you intend on seeing him, make sure you don’t have any other plans that day.
