A nightmare, told no problem with x-rays and by person on phone, nothing wrong with you! After MRI, oops.... 3 fractures in my pelvis, guess not my imagination according to his nurse, besides fx's guess severe degeneration of spine. Switched PCP asap.............

There is no room for discussion and your opinion doesn't count. He has terrible communication skills. He doesn't have ANY compassion! It's his way or the highway and he doesn't hesitate to confront you and in fact takes pleasure in it.

There have been many instances of inaccurate diagnosis. Obvious symptoms are overlooked or ignored. He can be very patronizing at times. He doesnt follow up on his patients'progress. Most times, he doesn't even do an exam. He takes the time to listen but seems unable or unwilling to put the effort into diagnosing or trying to solve the problem. He seems most comfortable with the wait and see approach. My family has received much better treatment at instacare. They are more knowledgeable and caring than Dr. Gordon Smith.
