I recently underwent both a facelift and endoscopic breast surgery with Dr. Goretti Ho Taghva, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I went to Dr. Taghva for a Breast Fat Transfer. She told me she could take fat from my thighs without leaving me with "chicken legs", 3 months after, and that was the exact result. My hips and inner and outer thighs are lacking a lot of fat, the same with the area under my glutes, lengthening and deepening the creases. I've been told I need 4 revisions —more lipo + fat grafting— to reduce the severity of my deformities...and there are almost no surgeons willing to solve other surgeon's mess. Dr. Taghva said the lipo results were expected and Sculptra, age and/or pregnancy would help to fill those areas...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. See my review + photos on Realself.

Deeply upset with the results of my eyelid surgery. I ended up with high sausage lids that look completely unnatural. Wish I could go back in time and have my original beautiful eyes back. Extremely depressed

Dr. Taghva was very detailed oriented and thorough on the procedure of injections. I was very satisfied from the moment i stepped foot into the wonderful office to the end of my procedure. Dr. Taghva and her staff were a delight, i will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this place for all your surgical needs!

I was greeted wonderfully by everyone there and they made the entire process seamless and guided me through exactly what i wanted to get. I was really happy with the level of service of i received and they were always great with answering all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Goretti for everything!

My fear is that the procedure would leave me looking unnatural however Dr. Taghva is very skilled in her technique and will tell me what works for me and what will not provide good results. I am glad that I had this procedure done and will be underfgoing other procedures to further define my features.

I saw her at her new orange county office. I had eyelid surgery and a breast lift and breast reduction. From my own experience with Dr. Taghva, she never recommends things that you do not need. She is an absolute skilled plastic surgeon with lots of credentials and experience. She knows how to correct imperfections so there's symmetry. My left breast has scar tissue from the last surgeon and it was bigger than the right breast. When I flex the left nipple had scarring from the last surgery. She did an amazing job on my breast lift and breast reduction and correcting the symmetry. I had the Bellini lift also called the donut lift so there's minimal scarring around the areola. About six months ago I had upper eyelid surgery with her as well. I referred my friend to her and my friend ended up getting a facelift and another friend had her eyelids done as well. the one thing we all keep saying to ourselves was why didn't we do it sooner?? The recovery was a piece of cake. Dr Taghva… makes you look like a much better version of yourself and natural unless you like the fake look where everyone knows you've had plastic surgery done to your face ??. I'm so extremely happy with my results????
