Dr. Govindasamy Baskar, MD

Our appointment was for 230. We were the only "sick" child visit. Numerous others going ahead of us for physicals/shots. Finally get into the room at 345 with my screaming child. Diagnosed with hand/foot/mouth. He was screaming in pain,not eating or drinking. Not sleeping. He suggested Motrin. No compassion. Extremely long wait times. I have never gotten back on time. Unacceptable.

Everyone is very friendly, but the wait time is horrible. I usually end up waiting over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I've even tried calling ahead, & was told they were running 15 minutes late, but I got there & still waited 1 1/2 hrs. The problem is that they give no priority to people with appointments. It is basically still treated as a first come first serve system. Appointment times mean nothing. Again, I like everyone there, but the super long wait time is terrible.

All 4 of my children see Dr. Baskar and Dr. Ram. They always make time for my children and the also do spare-of-the-moment visits when my chikdren are sick.

I have used Dr. Baskar for 16 years. I have never had a bad experience with him or his associate.
