Dr. Grace Alma Albano, MD

I was seen for a life threatening condition. Lab work was ordered. I made call after call for results with no answer. I finally reached someone over a month later who told me that on top of SEVERE hypertension I also have an endocrine disease which will require lifetime treatment, which likely caused the hypertension. They knew this for a month and didn't bother to return my calls. On top of this I waited 30 min beyond my scheduled appointment time to be called by the nurse and another hour in the exam room before being seen for 5 min. I was the first appointment of the day, it's not like she got hung up with another patient.

I was a new patient, and I am a nurse. I had a problem, which she addressed, but not fully and to the best of a medical ability. I left feeling if I went to her for a sinus infection, or in need of something other than a simple medication (albiet, she didn't provide), that she'd not be the physician to request it. Sure am glad I have Teledoc. They do a better job prescribing.

HORRIBLE experience with this Dr. and would not recommend to anyone who is seeking a qualified, compassionate PCP. Very rude, disrespectful, and abrasive during physical exams.

There are plenty of good doctors in this area. Grace Albano IS NOT one of them!

Dr. Albano's fixation on Dr. Oz's ability to solve all health problems was the focal point of my less that ten minute "counseling sessions" with her. Her attitude was dismissive and condescending. Twice I had the first appointment of the day and waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 in the exam room. She doesn't bring a chart or a computer with patient files into the room to refer to so she had to leave the room twice to consult the chart. Considering filing a complaint with my insurance company because I question her honesty in billing time for my appointments.

I have received care from Dr. Albano for years. She has always worked me in during a crisis and I trust her knowledge. She is caring and straigt forward and wants the best for her patient. She refers when necessary and has always explained any lab results to me. I worry what I will do if she evers decides to retire or my insurance changes

I have seen Dr. Albano for years. She is caring and always works me in if there is a crisis. She does follow up and reports any crital lab values in a timely manner. I worry when my insurance changes at work that I may lose access to her in network.
