The office staff at Griffin Health were efficient and attentive to their patients. Dr. Biggs was very attentive and asked many questions and did not rush through the appt.

Dr Biggs is a pleasant surprise to medicine! She is easy to talk to, understanding, and took her time to explain to me all my options. My primary care dr recommended her and I so glad I followed through with the appointment. As well as Dr Biggs being wonderful so was her reception staff.

Poor practice, gave sample medication to my 92yo mother in law. Went back for a follow up and refused to see her because she was 10 minutes late. She obviously does not care about her patients. Never asked circumstances. Staff was rude and instant that mask be worn even though hers was below her nose. I thought real MD should be responsible for handing out medication and should follow up. Hate to see how she would her own mother! Will never use this doctor again! Very unprofessional!

Great first visit with Dr. Biggs . I felt very comfortable and she understood my problem and prompt to help. The nurse was friendly and accommodating and the office staff welcoming.

I have been a patient of Dr Biggs for several years!! I have overactive bladder but a complicated case!! She tried several medications hoping that would help!! Symptoms persistent so today I had botox treatment!! She made me comfortable knowing I was nervous!!! She is amazing and top of her game!!! She truly cares about her patients!!!
